Form 27-B — Notice of Captivity

Purpose

To register a damsel captivity arrangement with the Bureau of Damsel Affairs. Filed by the captor of record. Filing establishes lawful captivity status under the Damsel Housing Code and authorizes the captor to receive subsequent welfare-related services, including enrichment requisitions (Form 14-E) and Sanctioned Encounter scheduling. A damsel held without an approved Form 27-B is, for purposes of all subsequent Council proceedings, not a damsel. The captor is, for those same purposes, not a captor. Status accrues only upon registration.

Filing Instructions

1. Who files. The captor. The damsel does not file; the damsel is identified.
2. When. Within ninety (90) days of the capture event. Late filings: 200 gp per month, capped at twelve months. Beyond twelve months, the captivity voids for procedural purposes and may be the subject of a §3.7 inquiry.
3. Copies. Three identical copies, filed simultaneously: BDA / Registrar / captor’s records.
4. Where. Submitted via Courier Wyvern to the Office of the Registrar. Direct delivery to BDA is not accepted.
5. Fees. 25 gp standard; +50 gp for priority review per §3.4.
