Purpose
To report a perceived or actual security concern affecting a registered hoard, lair, or territorial position. Form 45-A is the Bureau’s primary intake instrument for license-holders seeking Council attention to a developing situation. Filings under a single closed case number are tracked under the Compulsive Filing standard: three or more filings under one closed case in ninety (90) days triggers Bureau review and may suspend the filer’s privileges for one calendar year.
Filing Instructions
- Who files. The license-holder.
- When. As soon as practicable upon identification of the concern.
- Copies. Single, with intake-routed duplicates as required.
- Where. Submitted via Courier Wyvern to the Office of the Registrar.
- Fees. 15 gp at filing; +50 gp for emergency review per Statute 6.2(a).
