Purpose

To report a perceived or actual security concern affecting a registered hoard, lair, or territorial position. Form 45-A is the Bureau’s primary intake instrument for license-holders seeking Council attention to a developing situation. Filings under a single closed case number are tracked under the Compulsive Filing standard: three or more filings under one closed case in ninety (90) days triggers Bureau review and may suspend the filer’s privileges for one calendar year.


Filing Instructions

  1. Who files. The license-holder.
  2. When. As soon as practicable upon identification of the concern.
  3. Copies. Single, with intake-routed duplicates as required.
  4. Where. Submitted via Courier Wyvern to the Office of the Registrar.
  5. Fees. 15 gp at filing; +50 gp for emergency review per Statute 6.2(a).
