Purpose
To notify a license-holder that the Council’s mandatory retirement threshold has been reached. Form 60-N is issued to the license-holder by the Council Pension & Retirement Board; it is not a form the license-holder files. Receipt initiates the retirement administration process. Refusal of receipt does not delay the timeline.
Filing Instructions
- Who issues. The Council Pension & Retirement Board.
- When. Within thirty (30) days of threshold determination.
- Copies. Single copy served on the license-holder; CPRB and Registrar retain duplicates per standard practice.
- Where. Delivered by named Courier Wyvern. The license-holder’s signature is requested but not required for service to be effective.
- Fees. None (Council-issued).
