Purpose

To record, for the calendar year, the contents and present valuation of a registered hoard. Form 9-A is the foundational annual filing of the Bureau of Hoard Integrity and the comparative basis for the next year’s assessment. The form is self-reported, compiled from a reconciliation walkthrough conducted by the captor in advance of filing.


Filing Instructions

  1. Who files. The license-holder (captor of record).
  2. When. Annually. Late filings incur a flat 200 gp penalty.
  3. Copies. Three: BHI permanent record; Office of the Registrar; captor’s archive.
  4. Where. Submitted via Courier Wyvern, marked for routing to BHI.
  5. Fees. 15 gp at filing; 200 gp late-filing penalty where applicable.
