Form NAO-67 — New Auditor Orientation

Form NumberNAO-67
TitleNew Auditor Orientation
Governing BureauBureau of Professional Standards (BPS) — provisional
Statutory AuthorityCouncil Onboarding Practice; no formal statute on record
Form VersionNAO-67 (rev. 1)
Filing RequirementSingle copy, retained by auditor
Processing TimeSame day

Purpose

To formalize the entry of a new auditor into Council service. Filed by the auditor themselves on their first day. The form is, in institutional fact, more orientation than registration; the Bureau already has the record. The form’s purpose is for the auditor: to commit, in their own hand, to who they were on the day they arrived.

NAO-67 is filed once. It is appended to the auditor’s dossier and never amended. Subsequent corrections, if any, are filed as marginalia by the auditor’s successor — if the auditor is succeeded.
